If you lost your booking link
Where to find your personal booking page again, and how to check in, change or cancel your appointment without it.
Your personal booking page is how you check in, follow your place in the
queue, and change or cancel the appointment. If you cannot find it, the
appointment itself is not lost: it is still booked in your name.
Where to look first
- Your browser. If you booked online, your booking page is the one
Track your place in the queue opened after you confirmed. Look for it in
your browser's open tabs, history or bookmarks. The booking form you
confirmed on is not it: it opens empty, and a second booking from it does not
replace the first. - Your calendar. If you used Add to calendar, open the appointment in
your calendar: it carries the link to your booking page. - Your messages. Search your WhatsApp and text messages for the clinic's
name. If the clinic sent you a confirmation, it carries a link that opens your
booking page.
If the time was changed
Changing the time books a new appointment and cancels the old one, so the old
link now says "This appointment was moved to a new time." If you moved it
yourself, the page you were taken to afterwards is the new booking page: save
that one. If the clinic moved it, open the link in the clinic's latest message
about it, or call the clinic.
If the clinic booked it, or you booked from your account
This works for an appointment the clinic booked for you, or one you booked
while signed in to your patient account. An appointment booked on the online
booking page is kept apart from your account and is not shown there.
Choose Patient sign-in on the clinic's page and sign in with the link sent
to your email address. The appointment is in your account. If the clinic offers
check-in from your account, the appointment's page there shows Check
yourself in on the day of the visit, and your home page shows it from 30
minutes before the visit.
If you cannot find it anywhere
Call the clinic, or go to reception when you arrive. Reception can see your
appointment, mark you as arrived, and change or cancel it for you. You do not
need the link for any of that.
Please do not book a new appointment instead
A second booking does not cancel the first: both stay booked in your name, and
another patient loses one of those times. Call the clinic instead, or see
Changing or cancelling an appointment
if you find the link later.
