  Online payment collection is not available: no payment provider is connected yet. Clinics can still record payments taken in person.

These states are set by hand by the Saff team, not by an automated probe. We change them when we know something is wrong, including when we are the ones who broke it.

A status page is only worth reading if it is able to disagree with us. This one can: every state above is set by hand by the Saff team, and it appears here within seconds. It is not automated monitoring, and we would rather tell you that than dress a hand-set value up as a measurement. If something is wrong and this page still says otherwise, the clinic that sent you here can reach us directly.
