Saff does not publish a live status dashboard yet. Here is what we can tell you instead.
Why there is no dashboard here
A status page is only worth reading if it is able to disagree with us. Ours was not: it reported every part of Saff as healthy from a value we set by hand, so it would have stayed green right through an outage. We would rather show you nothing than something we cannot stand behind. When automated monitoring is in place, this page will publish what it measures — and it will be able to say that something is down.
If Saff is not working for your clinic
Contact the Saff team that set your clinic up. That is the fastest way to reach a person who can confirm whether the problem is on our side, and it works whether or not this page is reachable.
