Checking in when you arrive

When you reach the clinic you can check yourself in from your phone, without
queueing at reception. All you need is your personal booking page. After
booking online, open Track your place in the queue and save the link of the
page it opens. A confirmation message from the clinic carries a link to it as
well; if the page opens on changing your time, close that panel first.

Checking in, step by step

1. Open your personal booking page.
2. Make sure it shows your appointment: the day, the time and the doctor.
3. Press I'm here, check me in.
4. The page confirms you are checked in and shows Your position in the
   queue, with how many people are ahead of you.

You do not need to reload the page. While you wait it updates by itself (it
says Updates automatically), tells you when you are next, and says Your
turn when the doctor is ready for you.

If the clinic booked the appointment for you, or you booked it while signed in
to your patient account, you can also check in from that account if the clinic
has switched this on. The appointment's page there shows Check yourself in
on the day of the visit, and your home page shows it from 30 minutes before the
visit. An appointment booked on the online booking page is not in your account.

When the check-in button appears

• On the day of your appointment only. On another day the page says "This
  appointment isn't scheduled for today."
• From four hours before your appointment time. Earlier than that the
  button is not there yet: come back to the page nearer the time.
• Until your visit starts. Once you are checked in the button does not come
  back, and that is expected.

If checking in does not work

If the page says "We couldn't check you in. Please see the front desk.", or
that the link is invalid or has expired, go to reception. Reception can mark
you as arrived, and your booking page then shows your place in the queue in the
same way.
