If you do not have an email address
What you can do with your mobile number alone, what needs an email address, and how reception can help.
You do not need an email address to book an appointment or to visit the clinic.
What works with your mobile number alone
- Booking online. The booking form asks for your name and your mobile
number, never an email address. - Your personal booking page. After booking, open Track your place in
the queue and save the link of the page it opens. Depending on the channels the clinic has set up, it may also
send you messages about the appointment by WhatsApp or SMS. - Checking in, and changing or cancelling the appointment, all from that
page.
What needs an email address
A patient account with the clinic. Patients sign in with a link sent to
their email address, with no password. The account is where your
appointments, bills, payments and health record are together. Signing in with
a mobile number alone is not available today.
How reception can help
Reception can book you in, mark you as arrived, and change or cancel your
appointment, whether or not you have an email address. If you get an email
address later, ask the clinic to add it to your file, then request a sign-in
link from Patient sign-in.
