Saff is live for clinics in Egypt

Saff is open to clinics in Egypt. It is built around the way a clinic actually runs its day: patients book, the queue moves, everyone can see where they stand, and nobody has to phone the front desk to ask.

What a clinic gets

Online booking. Patients pick a doctor, a service and a time from your real availability, in Arabic or English. Walk-ins are booked at the desk in a few taps and join the same queue.

A live queue. Reception and doctors work from one list that updates as it moves, with rooms, several doctors and several sessions a day all handled.

Arrival times patients can trust. Instead of "come at ten and wait", Saff estimates when a patient will actually be seen: the consultation time still ahead of them in the queue, plus how long it will take them to reach you. The estimate moves as the day drifts.

The waiting-room screen. A bilingual display shows who is being seen and who is next, by initials only, so nobody's name is on a wall.

Reminders where patients read them. Email today, with WhatsApp (the app Egyptian patients already have open), plus SMS and push as each clinic connects its own provider.

Arabic first. Arabic is the default language, laid out right-to-left, with typography chosen for Arabic rather than borrowed from the English. Every screen works either way round.

Getting set up

Start with the application form and tell us about your clinic. We read every application, and once yours is approved we email a one-time invite link that opens a guided setup: your clinic details, the services you offer, your weekly hours, your doctors, and the staff who need logins.

You are working from that point on. We will ask you for your medical licence documents as part of onboarding; Egypt has no central licence register to check against, so a person reads them.
